The project scope consists of Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply and commissioning (EPC) of Hot gas based Evaporation System for ETP reject concentrate to achieve Zero Liquid Discharge system.

The plant is designed to evaporate the ETP concentrate of 225 m³/day having a very high TDS of 15000 ppm utilizing the hot DG hot flue gas of 3600 Nm³/hr at 300 deg C.

The treatment unit processes comprise of Quench Tower based Evaporation System, Entrainment separator, Dewatering centrifuge for salt containing mother liquor outflow of Evaporative system and recirculation pumps.
