The project scope consists of design, engineering, manufacture, supply, erection & commissioning, for Nano Filtration plant on a turn key basis.

The capacity of plant is 50 KLD. The plant was designed for manual operation.

The plant consists of Pre treatment followed by Nano Filtration system.

The basic objective of this system (as 3rd stage) is to reduce the load on Multiple Effect Evaporator. The inlet to the system is having very high COD. The offered system is designed at 50% recovery. The system is in operation more than 2.5 years.
