The project scope consists of Pilot Plant trials, design, engineering, manufacture, supply, erection & commissioning, for Recycling plant on a turn key basis without Civil work.

The capacity of plant is 1060 KLD. The plant was designed for Semi Automatic operation through PLC.

The plant consists of Micro Filtration, Reverse Osmosis followed by Nano Filtration. It is first  plant in country to produce recycle water from treated wastewater generated from Pigment Manufacturing plant. Overall system recovery is 82%.

The system is in operation more than 1.5 Years.

The specialty of the offered system is removal of Ammonical Nitrogen. The designed Ammonical Nitrogen in feed to Membrane system is 375 ppm and committed outlet is less than 50 ppm.
