The project scope consists of design, manufacture, supply, erection & commissioning, and complete civil works for the Condensate Polishing Unit, for Gas Cracker Unit (GCU), in a turn Key basis.

The capacity of plant is 2 x 220 m³/hr. The plant is designed for Semi Automatic operation through PLC.

The plant consists of Heat Exchanger, three Activated Carbon Filters designed for Merry-go-round operation, 2 Cations, and Two Mixed Beds with regeneration and storage facilities. The plant is designed to deliver water of Conductivity < 0.2 micromhos/Cm and Silica < 10 ppb.
