The project scope consisted of Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Assembly, Inspection & testing, transportation to site and Commissioning of 1 x 75 m3\/hr, D M Plant.<\/p>

The plant configuration is PSF \u2013 SAC \u2013 DEG \u2013 SBA \u2013 MB.<\/p>

The Capacity of the Plant is 75 m3\/hr and the output between regenerations is 1500 m3.<\/p>

The plant is designed for Semi Automatic Operation through PLC.<\/p>

Inspection during fabrication of vessels and piping, and all bought out items were carried out by Lloyd Register.<\/p>

The quality of Water at the outlet of Mixed Bed is Silica < 0.01 ppm as SiO2, and the Conductivity < 0.2 micromhos\/cm.<\/p>

The water is for Boiler Feed for process steam requirements.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
